Ground Floor is a tower-building sim in the lineage of SimTower, but with a conscience. You're not just designing floors; you're choosing what kind of landlord you'll be.

- Provide services the neighborhood actually needs — or undercut local businesses to drive them out?
- Buy struggling neighbors out to expand your footprint — or bankrupt them so you can get their lot on the cheap?
- Charge fair rent — or extract every penny from every tenant?
- Lobby city hall on behalf of the block — or to write policies that favor only you?

Status
A playable prototype is live now. I've wanted to see this game built ever since playing the original SimTower in the '90s, so I'm building it. I'm an architect by training, software developer by trade: building Ground Floor leans on both. Early days, but the bones are starting to take shape. No release date yet, but stay tuned for updates.
